HAI is pleased to announce that it is now shipping OmniPro II automation controllers and
OmniTouch touchscreens that support a
NuVo Concerto or Essentia Audio
Distribution System.
The requirements for this support are as follows:

HAI OmniPro II automation controller running 2.9 or higher firmware. If you have an OmniPro II
automation controller that is running a lower version of firmware, you must purchase
an upgrade chip (available in the Online Store on the dealer support website).

HAI OmniTouch Touchscreen that is running a Screen Set of Version 4 or higher.
To determine what screen set you are running on your OmniTouch touchscreen
perform the following instructions:
- Press Setup / Screen Setup/ Next on the touchpad.
- If the bottom left-hand portion of the screen is blank or shows Version 3, then you must
upgrade your OmniTouch touchscreen Screen Set.
To upgrade your OmniTouch touchscreen you will need to purchase an HAI OmniTouch
Loader Kit (HAI Part Number 32A09-1). This kit consists of a programming cable and software
utility designed to allow dealers and installers to load new firmware and screens into an
OmniTouch touchscreen. This kit is available in the Online Store on the dealer support website.
