professional installing dealers & building contractors.
HAI classes are either sponsored by HAI or by an HAI Distribution Partner.
HAI classes sponsored by HAI Distribution Partners are known as VIP Workshops. VIP Workshops
are designed to meet the specific needs and requests of a Distributor's installers.
The Distributor handles the registration for these classes.
Some HAI classes are eligible for CEU credits. Please check with your local chapter to
verify that it will accept these credits.

This 2 hour class will teach you how to design home automation
systems for homes of any size and in any price range. From the
simplest lighting applications, to the most advanced audio and video
distribution systems we will teach you how to choose the right product for the job.

Factory Training
HAI offers
Factory training at HAI's New Orleans headquarters. There is a fee required to attend these classes.
HAI has setup automation controllers and computers
to allow attendees to get hands-on training during these classes.
HAI offers the following Factory Classes:

Factory 201 takes two days to cover installation, set up, basic programming. and advanced programming applications.

Factory 301 is a one day class about HAI's Automation Studio software.

Factory RIS Classes combine HAI training with
two days of Residential Integrator School (RIS) Sales and Business Development training.

HAI Application Programming
This 2 hour class teaches HAI installers how to program the Omni and
Lumina family of Home Control systems. It is designed for
experienced HAI installers and covers advanced topics, such as using
flags as counters, timers, and status keepers.
