Project of providing, installing, commissioning, and training for an Automation System to integrate Safety and Security, Energy Management through Lighting and Temperature, Audio and Video Distribution, and great user friendly interfaces from Home Automation Inc.
The aim of the project was to provide a dependable, reliable, and trustworthy automation system that efficiently managed energy and ensured the safety standards of the building were enforced in addition to conveniently controlling and maintaining the building with lowest cost of ownership.
The system adjusts temperature settings automatically, and adjust/turn off and on lights automatically based on preprogrammed logic. The system integrates safety and security with audio, lighting and temperature while monitoring motion, heat and smoke on real time basis. Upon the detection of motion, heat or smoke, the system will turn off HVACs, turn on/off lights, and announce zone identifications to allow faster responses. Recorded videos are also provided by the system and distributed to multiple designated areas. Access Control items provide different authority levels to access different designated areas. All mentioned components of the system are integrated and accessible, monitored, and controlled from phone or web access to provide a whole, convenient solution from anywhere.
