This real estate agency's showroom in Lugano, Switzerland, was automated by HAI Premier Distributor, Sistema Casa .
The idea was to illustrate how new technology can be used to improve standard home conditions.
The main request was to provide a system that should be able to control lights, security, heating, rolling shutters and window curtains in a very easy mode and with high level of integration. Special care and effort were taken to set a professional audio & video system, as requested by the owner.
The Sistema Casa lighting system is fully integrated with HAI controllers and can manage different type of lamps and motorized shutters, allowing the customers to use the normal switches and buttons of BTicino.
The right mix between the various technology using IR, Wi-Fi and Serial Port connections was desired. It was essential to connect all the various products used and let them speak the same “language”; the best solution was to integrate different components in one system, the HAI system, in order to obtain the requested results.
