Shipping

HAI has begun shipping products from its Abita Springs location. We are shipping product in the following order:

1. CS05's
   
   
2. Orders placed before the storm
   
   
3. Orders recieved after the storm
   
   
4. Promo packages
   
   
5. International Shipments
   
   

Most of our product line is available, however there may be some temporary backorders and partial shipments while we catch up with demand.

Returns and Repair

Many of the repair items sent to HAI before the storm will be shipped out in the next two weeks. We will be able to process RMAs and repairs starting November 1. Please stay tuned to the web site for more information.
