screens to suit each individual room. You may add a floor plan graphic to the
Touchscreen interface, and set up buttons that will open specific websites.
The OmniTouch 5.7e interface allows for the display of
multiple languages.

When you add an HAI home control system to this set up, you can add control of the room's
lighting, temperatures, and more to the same button on the OmniTouch 5.7e Touchscreen.
Control A/V Equipment
The HAI Home Theater Extender 2 (HTX2) - (86A00-2) works with
the OmniTouch 5.7e to control your home theater equipment. The HAI OmniTouch 5.7e
Touchscreen sends commands to the HTX2, which controls A/V equipment using
its serial and IR ports, as well as SPDT relays. Multiple HTX2's can
be used in an installation to control dozens of AV components throughout the property.
Video
The OmniTouch 5.7e can view IP cameras that provide jpg or mjpg output.
These types of cameras may be set up without the need for any additional hardware.
Analog cameras, like HAI's Day / Night Bullet Camera, require the purchase of the
HAI Camera Server (87A00-1),
in order for them to be viewable on an OmniTouch 5.7e Touchscreen.
Notifications
The OmniTouch 5.7e Touchscreen may be configured to send out e-mails based upon
events in the HAI home control system. For example, when Brenda comes home from school

the security system.
