equipment being installed, the size of your home, the complexity of the solution you have chosen, and the
labor rates where you live.
Installation costs will include the cost of running wire, if needed, and
installing your home automation equipment, including Lighting, Thermostats, consoles/keypads,
Touchscreens, surveillance cameras, sensors, and accessories.
There are system set up and programming costs for configuring your home automation system
to perform the automation tasks that you desire. Your dealer will work with you to determine what
automation tasks you want (for example, have the front door light turn on when the front door is opened after dark),
and then program the system to perform this task.
If used properly,
your system can practically pay for itself in energy savings and will increase the
resale value of your home.
