As part of our Builder Partner Program, HAI offers Model Home product discounts and marketing materials. HAI supports Builders by offering full access to the free literature for all of our products, and has specially designed a Builder Brochure that lists the benefits of our system, highlighting the ease of installation and the simplicity for end-users. Emphasized in this brochure are the overall benefits of installing an HAI system for the builder, including differentiation, increased profits and faster selling times.  We briefly outline our individual product sections, including Home Control Systems, Whole Home Audio, Energy Management, Lighting Control, and Interface Options.

HAI's Model Home Support Kit includes informative yet discreet wall displays to articulate the benefits of an HAI automated home. These wall displays slide directly behind a face plate for neat installation and removal.

The displays highlight the Energy Management features of the Omnistat, The Enhanced Security of the Omni system, The Convenience of lighting control, the added benefit of Touchscreens and the audio distribution features of Hi-Fi by HAI. Also included in the kit is a supply of " What is Home Automation" FAQ sheets and HAI "Automation Simplified" brochures.

TechHome Rating System

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) has built the TechHome Rating System to measure the technology value of your home. A TechHome Rating can be achieved at three levels:

• Bronze, which provides the basic technology infrastructure needed in today’s homes, such the distribution of TV and video signal to multiple rooms and networking and communications capability;
  
  
• Gold expands to more rooms and adds advanced functionality, such as a multi-room audio distribution system for listening to music in rooms throughout the house; or
  
  
• Platinum, the top ranking, further enhances functionality by including a home office space with full networking and communications for workstyle as well as lifestyle convenience.
  
  

In the future prospective homeowners will want to know the technology value of the home that you build, and higher technology ratings will yield higher prices.
