Firmware Upgrades
The firmware update for the OmniTouch 5.7 requires two files.
You must download both FILE 1 and FILE 2 for to the USB drive.
Note: If the USB drive will contain update files for both the OmniTouch 5.7 and OmniTouch 5.7e, the file entitled “Version_V3_Updater.57z” is same for both updates. If prompted, do not overwrite the existing file.

After the files have been downloaded to the UPB drive, refer to these
instructions.
After updating the firmware, if a black screen with the text “No Files” is displayed or if the touchscreen freezes on the OmniTouch 5.7 splash screen:
a. Reinsert the USB thumb drive and press the reset button.
b. Upon reboot, select the update file from the list and reinstall the firmware update.
