HAI announces that it has now released Version 2.15 for its
PC Access Software. Additionally, it has released Version 8 firmware for its
OmniTouch Touchscreens.
PC Access Update
PC Access now incorporates the features released in our recent
controller firmware release 2.15.
For registered users this software update is free. If you currently have version 2.9c or higher,
you may download this software via the File / Check for New Version menu option within PC Access.
If the version of your PC Access is before version 2.9c, then the update may be obtained
from HAI's Tech Support by sending an e-mail to
support@homeauto.com.
If you get your update from HAI Tech Support, you must include your
serial number in your e-mail or know the serial number when you call.
OmniTouch Firmware Update
OmniTouch firmware updates are installed using HAI's OmniTouch Loader Kit
(HAI Part Number 32A09-1).
This update is only needed if you have firmware Version 2.15 in your HAI Controller and
you wish to use the OmniTouch Touchscreen for the newly supported NuVo, Proficient,
SpeakerCraft, and Xantech audio systems. This update also changes the icons used in
the OmniTouch to match the icons being released in our forthcoming OmniTouch 5.7 Touchscreen.
