HAI Now Offers Custom Engraving for
HLC Scene and House Status Switches
Home Automation, Inc. (HAI), leading manufacturer of home control products since 1985, is now offering Part Number 38A06-2 for custom laser engraved buttons for HAI's 6 button Scene Switch and 8 button House Status Switch. This part is being sold through HAI’s regular distribution channel and is part of HAI’s award-winning HAI Lighting Control (HLC) product line.
All HLC Products are UL-Listed and use a digital communications standard for lighting and home control called Universal Powerline Bus (UPB) that ensures superior reliability. HLC Products work as standalone without a home control system; however, when an HAI home control system is added it is possible to change light settings by the time of day, a set schedule, by the triggering of events, via a telephone call, or by a computer connected to the Internet.
The 6 button Scene Switch is used to control all lights in a room or area. Lights may be turned on, off, dimmed, brightened, and set to four different scenes to provide limitless options for both security and aesthetic lighting of a home.
The 8 Button House Status Switch is for master lighting control. It shows the status of up to eight rooms. If any light is on in an integrated room, that button is illuminated. Pressing the House Status Switch button will turn all of the lights in that room on or off.
The customized buttons of both the Room and House Controller will be black ink on translucent buttons. Activated buttons will show as blue through their backlights.
HAI is a privately held manufacturer of integrated automation and security products for residential and commercial use based in New Orleans, LA. Incorporated in 1985, HAI has developed a full line of award-winning automation products, including automation controllers, communicating programmable thermostats, smart light switches, and software that allows access and control of an automation system over the Internet. All products are sold through HAI's worldwide network of Distribution Partners and installed by over 1000 trained dealers. For more information please visit www.homeauto.com.
