Home Automation, Inc. (HAI), leading manufacturer of integrated security and home automation products since 1985, announced that they have been recognized by New Orleans CityBusiness with their second Innovator of the Year award in three years.
They will be featured in a future issue, and were noted as a company dedicated to keeping New Orleans a center for creativity. The award profiles innovative companies, educators, and nonprofit organizations in the local community.
HAI highlighted their new Smart Grid Solutions and the ground-breaking products and partnerships that have emerged. Additionally, HAI was recognized for their work with Brad Pitt’s Make it Right homes, providing ENERGY STAR HAI thermostats for every residence to improve energy efficiency.
HAI previously won this award in 2006 for their innovative products and ability to quickly recover post-Katrina.
