New Orleans, LA
HAI, the leading manufacturer of integrated
automation and security products since 1985, has introduced several new programs
and marketing tools designed to promote its award-winning automation product
line in new home developments.
HAI's current Builder
Partner Program, introduced in 2001, has been expanded to accommodate various
levels of participation. "Research indicates that 81% of home builders see
home technology as a means to increase profits," comments Allison Read, HAI
Director of Marketing, "These new programs will help them accomplish that."
In addition, HAI has
unveiled new Builder and Architect sections of its website to address the
specific needs of each industry. The Builder site includes information on the
CEA Techome Rating System, HAI's marketing programs, and will soon list HAI
participating builders and model home locations. The Architect's section of
HAI's site features newly available CSI Format architectural specifications of
HAI's Omni Family controllers and accessories.
"We wanted to expand our
support for builders and architects who recognize the increasing consumer demand
for tech-ready, energy efficient homes," notes HAI President, Jay McLellan.
"Builders and architects can differentiate themselves from their competitors,
add value to the homes they are building, and improve their own bottom line -
all by including an HAI home automation system."
Las Vegas Custom Home
Builder, Ken Eckhaus, agrees, "With the HAI automation and security systems in
place, homes sell 50% faster and at prices 3-5% higher than before."
In conjunction with the
enhanced Builder Partner Program, HAI has updated its Model Home Support Kit to
include "Automation Simplified" brochures, FAQ sheets for Builders, Realtors,
and Interested Home Buyers, and discreet wall displays that convey the benefits
of an HAI automated home.
All HAI products are sold
through its worldwide network of Distribution Partners and installed by over
1000 trained dealers. For more information on HAI's Builder Partner Program,
