equipment in all Legends Ranch Community homes by Texas developer, Land Tejas.
Responding to the needs of today's homeowner, Land
Tejas has introduced master-planned communities with villages, lakes and
guard-gated neighborhoods, each with its own recreational facilities and
advanced in-home technologies. Legends Ranch is a 450-acre Canyon Gate®
community located north of Houston. Construction of the 1,000 Legends Ranch
homes began in the summer of 2003 by such builders as Brighton Homes, First
Texas Homes, Legacy Homes, and Pulte Homes and will be priced from the low
$100,000 range.

monitoring service. The homebuyer can also specify remote control Omni
thermostats, lighting controls, touch screens and HAI's Web-Link II software for
Internet access and control.
