Home Automation, Inc. (HAI),
a national manufacturer of automation and HVAC products for residential and commercial
applications, announces the release of two new members of it’s line of communicating
thermostats – the RC-90 and RC-91 Thermostats for Zone Control Systems. These models
are specifically designed to work with increasingly popular zone control systems, in which
a single heating and cooling system is “zoned” to more precisely control
temperature and comfort in individual rooms and areas.
Like all HAI thermostats the RC-90 and RC-91 have
automatic changeover, the largest, easiest to read display in the industry and slim
attractive styling that blends with any décor. These new models can act as “stand
alone” programmable units or communicate with home and business automation/control
systems, personal computers and utility demand side management systems. The RC-91 provides
the HAI exclusive Real Time Pricing System, which displays the cost of energy on the
thermostat and allows the user to set temperature changes based on actual cost of energy.
This brings the HAI family of programmable
