Home Automation, Inc. (HAI), the leading

addition of six new International Distributors as part of the company's global
expansion plans. The new Distributors have territorial rights to sell HAI
products in Turkey, Singapore, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, India,
Puerto Rico, and the United Arab Emirates.

Alpha Data, the new HAI Distributor for the
United Arab Emirates is one of the region's largest computer and
communications companies, according to its company profile. CCH Construction
System PTE LTD, in Singapore is a construction conglomerate with a security
systems division who will represent HAI in Singapore and South East Asia.
Control Solutions of Bangalore, India provides building automation solutions and
will represent HAI in the country of India. Aktif Otomasyon & Guvenlik, a
security installation business in Istanbul will represent HAI in the country of
Turkey. With headquarters in San Juan, Home Integration Systems, Inc. will
represent HAI in Puerto Rico.
